Inspection & Maintenance Services (FFE & LSA)

1. Fixed Fire Suppression Systems

CO₂ (+200 cylinders), Water Mist & FoamAnnual and five-yearly inspection of CO₂ systems (scalable to over 200 cylinders), Water Mist and Low/High-expansion Foam. Mandatory laboratory analysis of foam concentrates subjected to extreme marine conditions.

Water Mist for Engine Room & GalleyInspection of water mist systems for protection of the engine room, deep fat fryers and high-risk cargo spaces. Verification of activation pressures and nozzles.

2. Lifeboats & Davits — Load Testing

Certified Leading Manufacturers — Europe & AsiaAnnual and five-yearly inspection with IACS and Flag/Class approvals. Europe: Hatecke, Global Davit. Asian Key Players: Jiangsu Jiaoyan, Shigi, Mansei, Oriental, Hyundai Lifeboats (Bada), Qingdao Beihai.

Structural Load Testing — Cranes, Davits & GangwaysStructural certification of provision cranes and davits. Critical inspection of gangways and accommodation ladders. Full documentation for PSC and IACS.

3. Calibration & Instrumentation in a Single Visit

Gas Detectors, Breathalysers, Pressure Gauges & UTIComprehensive service in a single on-board visit: gas detectors, breathalysers, pressure gauges and UTI (Interface/Temperature) gauges. Certificates with full traceability for PSC and oil company vetting.

Breathable Air — EEBD, SCBA & CompressorsCompressor air quality to EN 12021. Inspection of EEBD (Emergency Escape Breathing Devices) for rapid evacuation. SCBA equipment review for the on-board fire brigade.

Extinguishing Agents — Certified Foam & PowderDrums of certified foam concentrate (AFFF and AR-AFFF) with the latest expiry dates. DCP dry chemical charges for fixed systems and portable extinguishers. Available for direct on-board delivery at our operating ports.
