Maintenance, Inspection & Certification Services
1. "Clean & Safe" Fire Protection (FFE)
Clean Agent SystemsMaintenance and recharge of automatic fire suppression systems in engine rooms using Novec 1230, FM-200 or HFC-227ea gases. These agents extinguish fire without leaving residues, protecting the yacht's high-value electronics and engines.
Aerosol Generators (Stat-X / FirePro)Inspection of compact suppression systems that activate thermally or electrically, ideal for confined spaces on sailing yachts and motorboats. No pipework or pressurised agents required.
Portable Extinguishers — "White Glove" InspectionCareful inspection of powder, foam and CO₂ extinguishers. We protect teak decks and premium interiors throughout the inspection. Chrome, matt black and carbon fibre finishes available.
Shutdown Systems & Fire DampersVerification of automatic shut-off of fuel valves and fans (Fire Dampers) when suppression is activated, in accordance with the requirements of the navigation zone.
2. Gas Detection & Environmental Safety
Heavy LPG / Butane Gases in BilgesInstallation and calibration of sensors in bilges (where heavy gas accumulates) to prevent explosions in galley areas and generator spaces.
Carbon Monoxide (CO) in CabinsInspection of CO detectors in cabins, vital to prevent silent poisoning from poor combustion of generators or auxiliary engines.
Bilge Alarms & Level SensorsVerification of high bilge water level sensors. Functional review of the automatic bilge pump and its alarms.
3. Life-saving & Safety Electronics (LSA & GMDSS)
Recreational Liferafts — ISO 9650Certified inspection of ISO 9650-1 and 9650-2 liferafts (Approved brands: Almara Live, Neptuno, Seawolf). Pontoon collection and delivery service.
EPIRBs — Official ACR Electronics ServiceBattery replacement, hydrostatic release unit replacement and MMSI programming in accordance with maritime authorities. We are an official ACR Electronics service station.
AIS Transponders — Class A & BTechnical service and configuration of Class A and Class B AIS transponders. MMSI programming, reception and transmission tests.
Expired Pyrotechnics ManagementProfessional collection and certified destruction of expired pyrotechnics (hand flares, parachute rockets, smoke signals). We issue the official hazardous waste management certificate.
