Foam, Deluge & Dry Powder SystemsMaintenance in process areas. Mandatory laboratory chemical analysis of foam concentrates (AR-AFFF) subjected to extreme marine conditions. Inspection of large fixed powder stations (Skids) vital for extinguishing high-pressure gas fires (Jet Fires). Fluidisation and line purging tests.
CO₂ Banks & Clean Agents (Novec 1230 / Inergen)Inspection of large CO₂ banks for turbine and generator rooms. Novec 1230 and Inergen clean agent systems for protection of central control rooms (CCR) and critical electrical cabinets.
2. Gas Detection & Hazardous Atmospheres (ATEX)
Fixed Sensor Networks on Plant — LEL, H₂S, CO, O₂Maintenance and calibration with reference gas of fixed sensor networks: Combustible Gases (LEL), Hydrogen Sulphide (H₂S, the deadliest risk in O&G), Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Oxygen deficiency. Full certificate traceability.
Optical Flame Detectors IR/UV/CCTVFunctional testing of optical detectors designed not to generate false alarms from sunlight or sea reflections. Calibration with certified reference sources.
3. Offshore Evacuation & Survival (LSA)
Free-fall LifeboatsAnnual and five-yearly inspection of hydraulic and structural release systems for rapid evacuation lifeboats. Personnel Transfer Systems: inspection of nets, transfer baskets (Frog/Billy Pugh) and davit-launched liferafts.
Survival Suits & SCBA System InspectionPressure and integrity tests for immersion and survival suits adapted to the petroleum industry. Maintenance of air supply units (Air Cascade Systems) for confined space work.
4. Life Support & Air Quality
Cascade Systems & Breathable AirMaintenance of mobile and fixed air supply units (Air Cascade Systems) for confined space work. Certification of high-pressure compressors to EN 12021 / CGA G-7.1 to guarantee that the air in SCBA equipment and escape hoods is 100% safe.

Superior Grade Dry Chemical PowderSilicone-treated dry chemical powder (DCP) to prevent compaction from platform vibrations. Certified charges for fixed systems and portable extinguishers.
